Roscoe store adds new department
Abigail Birch in Historic Roscoe Village has added a new department to their ladies boutique. Now along with their ladies clothing store on the main floor, they have added REVIVAL, a clothing boutique consignment store, on the upper level of the building.
“We are accepting clothing for ladies, juniors, men’s, children’s, infants; along with shoes, jewelry and purses,” said Katina Beitzel, manager of Abigail Birch and REVIVAL. “We are looking for all size ranges in these categories.”
“We have already gotten several items in and shoppers are really enjoying finding great deals on the consignment items,” Beitzel added. “We are keeping the prices ranging from $2.99 to $19.99 on most items.”
“We feel good about our mission with REVIVAL,” said Jan Myers with MMP Group, parent company of Abigail Birch and REVIVAL. “With this resale boutique, we are able to educate the public about the impact fashion has on our planet and how repurposing clothing is a great way to help and save money (or make money) in the process.”
“So if you have been cleaning out your closets and have some quality items you’d like to sell, bring them in to REVIVAL,” Myers said. “We take two laundry baskets full of items from each consignee per visit. Just call ahead to schedule a time to bring in your items.”
“We are looking for clothing that is current, clean, and in great condition for the shop,” Beitzel said. “That means we cannot accept items with stains, rips, pilling, pet smell, smoke smell, and the sizes must be included on the clothing.”
Brand names and logoed items are extremely popular such as Nike, Levis, Victoria Secret, Pink, Adidas, American Eagle, Patagonia, NorthFace, Under Armour, Ohio State, Browns, Cleveland Indians, local school logo apparel, and more.
REVIVAL and Abigail Birch are located at 416 N. Whitewoman St. in Historic Roscoe Village.
