Make sure you complete the 2020 Census
Coshocton County is currently at 65.7 percent self-response rate for the 2020 Census. That is only 6.3 percent below the 2010 rate. Areas with the most people still needing to return their information include: Sixth Street on the west side, Locust Street and Oak Avenue on the north, the railroad tracks on the east, and Kenilworth Avenue on the south. Additionally, more are still needed from Walhonding, Perry, Tiverton, and Clark townships.
This 2020 Census is happening right now, and your community needs you to respond, because it is important, easy, and safe. The 2020 Census count determines representation in Congress and how much funding your community receives. This is money for schools, hospitals, housing, public transportation, health clinics, food assistance, Medicaid, Medicare, Head Start and many other programs that benefit your community. No personal information can be shared from your response.
