Sheriff’s Office Report for October 22, 2020
On October 21st, the Sheriff’s Office investigated 3 Accidents and 4 Complaints.
Accidents:
- Officers were called to a non-injury accident at the intersection of TR 165 and CR 16.
- Dakota Seevers of Newark, OH, was traveling Northbound on SR 751 in Adams TWP, when he struck a deer that ran into his path.
- Lydia Darling was traveling Westbound on US 36 near SR 751 when Ms. Darling struck a deer.
Complaints:
- Lake Park reported a Littering offense.
- Deana Cushman reported trespassing in the 300 Block of South 8th Street.
- Isaac Harris reported the theft of mail in the 300 Block of Locus Street.
- Robert R. West Jr. was cited for OVI – Physical control in the Hahn’s Sunoco parking lot.
