Jack Edie

Jack Edie, 78, of West Lafayette passed away on Wednesday, Dec. 9, 2020. He was born in Coshocton, OH on June 27, 1942, to the late John and Betty (Reigle) Edie.

Jack worked for GE as an operator for 30 years and served in the U.S. Army from 1964 to 1966. He also was in the Three Rivers Bassmaster’s Club.

He is survived by his siblings Sherry (Jim) Cramblet of Quackercity, Ray (Jody) Edie of Coshocton and Bob (Leila Morgan) Edie of North Carolina; several nieces and nephews: Kim, Laurie, Jackie, and Mark Babcock; Steven, Stewart, and Sam Wright; Bobbie Lee and Jessie R. Edie; and John and Josh Edie, as well as several great nieces and nephews.

Along with his parents, he is preceded in death by his sister Lois Babcock, his beloved dog, Stud and uncle Don Reigle; he was very close to Don’s family.

Per Jack’s wishes there will be no services at this time and a cremation will take place.
