George E. Hartley
George E. Hartley, 71, passed away on Jan. 1, 2021 at his home. He was born on Feb. 21, 1949 in Pocatalico, WV to the late Upton and Flossie Hartley. He worked at Smurfit-Stone Container for 30 years and owned his own business, Star Security Services.
He is survived by his children, Adam (Christine) Hartley and Evet (Chris) Stotts; grandchildren, Dylan Hartsock, Colton Stotts and Shane Horstman as well as brother, John Hartley. George was a loving father and grandfather.
Along with his parents, he is preceded in death by his brother, Bill Pettit.
Per his wishes a cremation will take place.
