Margaret “Peg” Anderson

Margaret “Peg” Anderson, 94, passed away at the Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center on Monday, January 11, 2021.

She was born February 27, 1926 in Delaware, OH to the late James F. and Hildreth E. (Davis) Whiteside. On August 9, 1943, she was married to Paul R. Anderson, who preceded her in death in May of 2009. They were both longtime members of the Church of Christ in Coshocton. Peg’s hobbies included sewing, crafts, and cooking.

Peg is survived by her two sons, Jack R. (Denise) Anderson of Mount Vernon and Brian D. (Judy) Anderson of Coshocton; a daughter, Sandra K. Anderson of Coshocton; six grandchildren, Anthony (Karen) Anderson of Richwood, Teresa (Jody) Riddle of Little Mountain, SC, Caleb (Amanda) Anderson of Coshocton, Alisha (Bruce) McVey of Warsaw, Mike Bosson of Ft. Worth, TX, and Dan Bosson (Shirley Craig) of New Concord; eight great-grandchildren; four great-great-grandchildren; a sister, Pat (Jim) Lathrop of Valrico, FL; and several nieces and nephews.

In addition to her parents, and her husband, she was preceded in death by four brothers, James, William, Robert, and Donald Whiteside; a grandson, Trevis Bosson; and her faithful little companion “Amos”.

A graveside service will be held at Tiverton Cemetery on Thursday, Jan. 14, 2021 at 1:00 p.m., with Lloyd Tenney & Collin Pinkston officiating. The Fischer Funeral Home in Warsaw is handling arrangements. www.fischerfuneralhome.com
