CHS swimmers compete

Coshocton High School Swimming competed against John Glenn, Cambridge, and River View on Jan. 28, at The Janet Jones Mulligan Natatorium.

Placing overall individually for the girls were – Ella Duling, 3rd 200 free (3:18.72) and fourth 100 free (1:26.21); Cady Jackson, third 50 free (35.27); Anna Jansen, third 100 breast (1:55.95); Autumn Jones, first 100 back (1:20.48); and Chloe Hall, second 50 free (33.81); Kendal Jackson, first 400 free (6:08.04) and first 100 fly (1:44.86); and Ella Baylor, first in both 200 IM (3:16.74) and 100 breast (1:34.43). The CHS girls 200 medley relay consisting of Autumn Jones, Ella Baylor, Chloe Hall, and Cady Jackson finished first (2:33.33), 200 free relay of Chloe Hall, Cady Jackson, Ella Baylor, and Autumn Jones finished second (2:19.46). The 400 free relay of Chloe Hall, Kendal Jackson, Cady Jackson, and Autumn Jones finished first (5:13.23).

Finishing overall individually for the boys are Ayden Stein, first 200 IM (2:52.00) and fifth 100 back (1:16.58); and Jayden Jones, second 200 IM (3:05.19) and third 100 breast (1:35.61). The CHS boys medley relay of Ayden Stein, Jayden Jones, Connor McCabe, and Tommy Larntz finished third (2:25.99) and fifth in the 200 free relay (2:09.39).
