All Ohioans eligible for COVID-19 vaccine
Appointments are still available for the Covid-19 Vaccine Clinics. All Ohioans are eligible effective today. We are scheduling a Moderna 1st dose clinic to be held on Thursday, March 25th all day for those 18 years of age and older.
The Call Center is open to take appointments Monday through Friday 7:30am – 3:00pm.
Those individuals that received 1st dose Moderna Vaccine on 2/25 and 2/26 , are scheduled for Tuesday March 23rd to receive their second dose Moderna. We will not be calling these individuals back as they were given their appointment time when they received their 1st Dose. Please look at the back of your vaccination card for your time.

If you get an automated message saying lines are unavailable please call back, it means all lines are busy. (This message cannot be changed due to the provider) When the call center is closed, you will get an automated message saying the call center is now CLOSED.
If you need to cancel you scheduled appointment you can call 740-624-9268. This number is for cancellations only.
To schedule call 740-622-2611 when the Call Center is open. There are spot still open. This is the only number to call to schedule appointments.
Those who are eligible based on Ohio’s Pashed approach include: Ohioans 50 years of age and older and individuals with one of the conditions listed at https://coronavirus.ohio.gov/static/vaccine/phase_1b_medical_conditions.pdf
Those that have received their first dose through the Coshocton County Vaccine Clinic will receive a call approximately 28 days later to schedule the second dose. Please do not call the Call Center to schedule an appointment for the second dose.
The number of available spots is dependent on the number of vaccine doses that are available. Once all slots are filled the call center will not be open until more doses are available. Please continue to check www.coshoctoncounty.net/covid for updates as well as the Facebook pages of the Coshocton County Health Department, Coshocton City Health Department and Coshocton County EMA.

Please wear appropriate clothing to get the vaccine. The vaccine is administered through a shot in your arm. Short sleeve shirts are recommended.
The Coshocton County General Health District, Coshocton City Health Department, Coshocton Regional Medical Center, Coshocton County EMS, Coshocton County EMA are working in conjunction with the Coshocton County Board of Commissioners to establish Covid-19 Vaccine Clinics.
