Aaron Zachary Owens

Aaron Zachary Owens, 28, of Coshocton, passed away on Sunday, May 15, 2022, following an automobile accident. He was born on July 29, 1993, in Coshocton to Lloyd and Norma (Jensen) Owens.

After graduating from River View High School in 2011, Aaron attended Shawnee State University. He graduated in 2017 with a Bachelor’s Degree in Arts and Graphic Design. For the past several months, he has been working at the Amazon Distribution Center in Pataskala.

He was a very intelligent creative person, with a great sense of humor. He had a hearty laugh and gave the best bear hugs. Aaron was a kind, loving spirit who brightened the lives of everyone that knew him. He was always willing to help friends through tough times. Aaron enjoyed watching movies and was often known to leave movie reviews online. He liked to cook, create music and art, enjoyed creative writing, gaming, going to concerts, and loved animals, especially cats.

Along with his parents, Lloyd and Norma Owens, Aaron is survived by his brother, Nathan Owens of California and many loving aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.

A Celebration of Life will be held on Saturday, May 21, 2022 at 11 a.m. at the First Baptist Church (where Aaron was a member), 618 Chestnut Street, Coshocton, with Pastor Joe Sanders officiating.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made in Aaron’s name to the First Baptist Church or to a charity of the donor’s choice.
