COSHOCTON – Jeremy Ady will be hired as the new head boys’ basketball coach at Coshocton High School pending approval at the board of education meeting on Thursday, May 14.

Ady has experienced success at all levels of his basketball career as a coach and as a player. His coaching experience includes three years as a varsity assistant coach at Coshocton, two years as a freshman coach at Coshocton, and two years as a junior high coach at Dover. In addition, Coach Ady earned four varsity letters as a collegiate player at Muskingum University following his All Ohio career at Dover High School where he led his team to the final four as a senior.

“We are very excited to have Jeremy Ady as our new head basketball coach. Over the past five years in our district, he has proven his knowledge of the game and his ability to teach the fundamentals of the game. I know that our kids will play hard for him. I expect our entire basketball program to move forward under Coach Ady’s leadership,” said Tim Fortney, athletic director at Coshocton High School.
