Altercare Coshocton to hold car show and fall festival
Altercare Coshocton’s Fall Festival will make its return on Saturday, Sept. 23 from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. The last time the festival was held was in 2019. This year, a car show has been added to the day.
Admissions Coordinator Susan Conkle said that they are hoping to get a lot of local people to bring their vehicles for their first car show. “Registration will be from 10 a.m. to noon and trophies will be given out starting at 2 p.m. Registration fee is by donation only. All proceeds from the car show will go to Walk to End Alzheimer’s. There will be dash plaques for the first 40 cars and trophies are sponsored by Valor Health Plan.”
Cars will be lined up along the guest parking lot of the building entrance so residents will have easy access to view the vehicles. Any overflow will go out in the front yard.
The festival will include food trucks, craft and other vendors, bounce house and other kids’ activities, such as a kiddie tractor pulls and farm animals provided by Ridgewood FFA, plus other entertainment.
“Come on over to 1991 Otsego Avenue from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. for a good time. And if you have an older car, dust it off and bring it over,” Conkle said.
