Auditions announced at Triple Locks
“The Woman in Black” tells the gripping tale of a lawyer who is obsessed with his belief that his family live under a curse. He hires a young actor to help him tell his story and exorcise the fear that grips his soul. The re-enactment begins innocently enough but gets darker as they dig deeper into his darkest memories. Hold onto your seat as the borders between make-believe and reality begin to blur and the flesh begins to creep.
For this play at the Triple Locks Theater, the Footlight Players need two male actors. The first male needs to be in his late 20s to late 30s. The second male is his late 40s to early 60s. One female, non-speaking, needs to be late 20s to late 50s, tall, thin, willowy.
Actors will be asked to read portions of the scripts provided with other actors who audition. For information or to obtain a copy of the script for perusal, e-mail sales@footlightplayers.com. Shane Pyle is the director. Auditions will be held at 2 p.m. Sunday, Aug. 20, at the Triple Locks theater, 685 N. Whitewoman St. in Coshocton.
