Auditions set for Coshocton Youth Chorale
Auditions for the 18th season of the Coshocton Youth Chorale have been set for Feb. 11 and 13 at The Presbyterian Church, 142 N. Fourth Street in Coshocton.
The high school contingent of the Coshocton Community Choir family, the Youth Chorale rehearses Tuesdays from 5:45-7:15 p.m. at The Presbyterian Church, and sings as part of the Community Choir’s April 26 spring concert, and present their own spring finale in May. It is an opportunity to make friends with singers from across the county, and has been described by one member as a “maximum output in music and friendship for a minimum time commitment.”
The Youth Chorale is open by audition to all interested high school singers in the area. For information or to schedule an audition time, call Erin Jobes at 740-623-0554. If there is no answer, leave your name and phone number. A prepared song is not required.
