Black Bear bowlers smash records

WARSAW – The weather outside was frightful, but the bowling inside was delightful on Jan. 18. In a day where the Black Bear boys broke five school records and bowled over their potential. Leading the team and finishing in the top 20 was freshmen T.J. Crosby with a 555 series and also setting the individual three game series record. Another individual record was broken by Ian Keneda. He broke the individual high game record by shooting a 232 game and finishing closely behind T.J. with a 530.

The team also broke three team records Jan. 18. The team high 10 pin game was set at 889 with Ian Keneda shooting 232, Justin Cooper shooting 156, T.J. Crosby shooting 176, Brice Starcher shooting 159, and Chase Wilson shooting 166. Also, they broke the team three game series with a 2485.

Capping off the record breaking the team came in with a final tournament score of 3255 which smashed the old record by 500 plus pins.
