Bocce court opens for use at Coshocton Community Center

| June 26, 2017

COSHOCTON – The outside Bocce Court at the Coshocton Senior/Community Center is open for use. This court was built by Brennan McClain and his fellow Boy Scouts, Scout Leaders, and friends as an Eagle Scout Project. The court is available anytime. Bocce equipment and a score board can be signed-out at the Senior/Community Center any time the center is open. At other times, personal equipment must be used. Court times can be reserved by calling the center at 740-622-4852. Reservations are limited to two-hour periods, and those with reservations have priority over those who do not have them.

If you would like to learn to play bocce, a simple, popular Italian and Eastern European ball game similar to shuffle board, please call 740-622-2408 to arrange a time. This game can be played by all ages and is not stressful either physically or mentally unless you make it so.
