Bruce James Jones

Bruce James Jones, 68, of Keene Township, died Friday, Oct. 29, at Coshocton Regional Hospital following a two-week illness. He was born Feb. 24, 1953, in Bedford, OH, to James A. Jones and Marjorie May Jones. He graduated from Kirtland High School in 1970. He studied law enforcement at Lake County Community College.

He worked as a water treatment specialist at Lincoln Electric in Euclid, retiring after 37 years.

Bruce loved spending time with family, enjoyed working on his cars, and hanging out with his law enforcement and Facebook friends. He doted on his Golden Retriever Kasey.

He is survived by his mother, Marjorie; sister, Debra Endsley; sons, Barry Jones (Elaine) and Nickolas Jones; daughter, Brittney Siringer (Michael); three great-grandchildren, Lacy Jones, Jace and  Emmalynn Siringer; nephews, Chad (Katy) Endsley and Todd (Leanne) Endsley; niece, Jocelyn (Rob) Mulvaney; love-of-his-life, Cottie Posey; and his fur-child Sassy.

He was preceded in death by his father, Jim; paternal grandparents, Wilbur and Mary Hemminger Jones; and maternal grandparents, Charles and Christine Baptie May.
