Carl Griffith

Carl Griffith, 65, of Port Washington went home to be with the Lord on Tuesday, Jan. 18, 2022, at Genesis Hospital in Zanesville.

Carl was born in Coshocton, on May 23, 1956, to the late Richard T. and Edith I. (Stahl) Griffith. He was a 1974 graduate of Ridgewood High School. On June 23, 1993, he married, Lois (Jones) Griffith, who survives. He worked in various position to provide for his family. He loved spending time with his family and playing with his grandchildren. He was an amazing banjo player, mainly playing by ear.

Along with his wife, he is survived by his two daughters, Hayley (Nathanael) Armstrong of West Lafayette and Hillary Harris of Columbus; one sister, Janet (Daniel) Hahn of West Lafayette; grandchildren, Aaron, Braedyn, Wyatt, Nataley, Keondre, Rashaun, and Kayanna; two special nephews, Matthew (Suzanne) Hahn and Travis (Myndee) Hahn as well as several cousins.

Friends may call at The Miller Funeral Home, 639 Main St., Coshocton, on Tuesday, Jan. 25, 2022, from 3-5 p.m. with a funeral service beginning at 5 p.m. A private burial will follow.
