Carol A. Blair, 77, of Coshocton passed away and is now reunited with the love of her life, on Monday, August 14, 2023 at Riverside Manor Nursing and Rehab in Newcomerstown.  She was born in Coshocton, Ohio on July 31, 1946 to the late Mary (Kreider) Bryan.

Carol retired from Ansell Edmonts sewing department after working for 42 years.  During retirement she worked as an aide at Coshocton Elementary School.  She sold Avon for 30 years and was known as the “Avon Lady” by many in Coshocton.

She loved cooking, baking, and making trays of candy, fudge, and pies for those she cared about. Her house was known as the hangout for the neighborhood kids because she was always cooking or baking something and sharing her love. When she wasn’t cooking or baking, Carol loved shopping and collecting Knick knacks. She also enjoyed spending time with her children and grandchildren at various sporting events and after-school activities. She was always about family and friends first. Carol and her husband, Carl truly enjoyed each other’s company and danced with one another any chance they got.

Carol is survived by her daughters Carla (Steve) Aronhalt and Carlynda Collins; grandchildren Logan (MariaVittoria) Pelfrey, Katie and Jared Collins, Amanda (Caleb) Anderson, Melinda (fiancé Seth Roof) Aronhalt; great grandchildren Kallen Aronhalt, Camryn Anderson and Emmalynn Roof; sister Cathy (Steve) Walsh; brother-in-law Jim Blair; sister-in-law Kate Mitchell; six half siblings; several nieces and nephews; and her faithful and loving dog, Lilly.

Along with her mother, she is preceded in death by her loving husband, Carl “Pz” Blair Jr., who passed away in 2017; stepfather William J. Bryan; father-in-law and mother-in-law Carl Sr. and Clara Blair; sisters-in-law Freida Brock, Mary Fortney, and Bonnie Blair; brothers-in-law Russel Blair and Edward Blair.

Per Carols wishes a cremation will take place and a Celebration of Life will be held at a later date.
