Brown, also a licensed Realtor, combines practical experience learned as an office manager in a large, fast-paced and successful real estate company in Central Ohio with her personal knowledge of the Southeastern Ohio real estate market.
Brown is a native of South Eastern Ohio, having been raised in Cambridge and New Concord. She is personally vested in the idea of home ownership and began her real estate career at Carol Goff & Associates. She has a strategic vision for growing Carol Goff & Associates that is comprised of focusing on four key areas. First, she is personally recruiting top talent agents with proven track records and new agents with potential and motivation. Second, she is leveraging internet presence to market the company and build on the brand. She has already taken actions like reinventing the company’s website, engaging in social media platforms, and increasing the company’s presence on real estate sites, such as Realtor.com and Zillow. Third, she is directing investments into the right software and technology to provide agents with the best tools to win listings, capture quality leads, and educate buyers and sellers on the home purchasing process. Lastly, she wants to create best in-class on-going real estate sales and customer service training for all agents to ensure that all agents at Carol Goff & Associates have the latest knowledge, skills and tools to effectively grow their business and satisfy the needs of their clients.
Brown is excited about the growth potential of Carol Goff and Associates.
