Central Ohio Technical College to have Health Sciences information meetings

NEWARK — This fallCentral Ohio Technical College (COTC) will have information meetings for its nursing, diagnostic medical sonography, radiologic science technology and surgical technology programs. Information sessions provide an overview on the process and requirements to apply to the program of interest. Attendance at an information meeting is required for those interested in enrolling and a great resource for anyone considering a degree or certificate in COTC’s health sciences programs.

COTC offers four plans of study in nursing technology: associate degree nursing where graduates are eligible to take the licensing exam to become a registered nurse; practical nursing one-year certificate where graduates are eligible to take the licensing exam to become a licensed practical nurse, LPN to RN transition and state tested nurse aide certificate. The Coshocton campus will have their information meetings on the following dates and times: Tuesday, Sept. 9 at 10 a.m.,Wednesday, Sept. 24 at 3 p.m., andWednesday, Nov. 5 at 10 a.m.
