Cheez-Kake Bakery products now availabe in Roscoe

| October 22, 2012

COSHOCTON – Delicious desserts from the Cheez-Kake Bakery on Seventh Street are now also available at the Warehouse Steak n’ Stein.

“John Larson (from the Warehouse) approached me and asked if I’d be interested in selling my baked goods here and I said sure,” Dave Smith, owner of the Cheez-Kake Bakery said. “I don’t have to have an employee here. Customers can go right up to the bar and get their order rung up. I just have to come over and restalk.”

Dave Smith had cheesecakes, conolies, cream horns, brownies, cookies and large eclairs ready in time for the Apple Butter Stirrin’ crowd that invaded Roscoe Village Oct. 19-21.

“This is a good example of a partnership in the community,” Larson said. “We are working together and helping each other out.”

Smith is pleased to offer his products in Roscoe.

“I like it,” he said. “Some people come to Roscoe that don’t actually make it into town.”
