Chicken barbecue and antique tractor pull coming up
BAKERSVILLE – Bakersville Volunteer Firemen and other dedicated volunteers will serve up a yummy meal on Saturday, June 15 during the Bakersville Volunteer Fire Department Chicken Barbecue and Antique Tractor Pull. The annual event is held at the Bakersville Community Park on State Route 751. The tractor pull starts at 6 p.m. and the serving starts at 4 p.m. Menu includes: Half chicken, applesauce, potato salad, roll, drink, and dessert. Prices are: $10 for adults, $7.50 for children, and $6 for a half chicken.
