Clifford D. ‘Kip’ Garrett

Kip Garrett PictureClifford D. “Kip” Garrett, 77, of Coshocton passed away at Coshocton Health and Rehabilitation on Saturday July 19, 2014.

Kip was born in Cambridge, Ohio on June 28, 1937 to the late Charlton and Pauline (Davis) Garrett.

He had worked at Hunt-Crawford, Peabody Coal Company and was also a handyman. He was a member of the Coshocton Moose Lodge, Eagles and V.F.W.

Kip is survived by his children Clifford “Kippy” Garrett of Jacksonville, FL, Charles (Kristy) Garrett of Coshocton, Tammy (Keith) Krebs of Coshocton and Susie (Greg) Honabarger of Warsaw; 15 grandchildren; 23 great grandchildren; two brothers Bern (Carol) Garrett of Coshocton and Darrell (Donna) Garrett of Warsaw; a sister Sis Clagett of New Concord; two sisters in law Eula Garrett and Teresa Garrett both of Coshocton; several nieces and nephews.

Along with his parents he is preceded in death by two brothers; two nephews and two granddaughters.

Friends may call at The Miller Funeral Home, 639 Main St., Coshocton on Tuesday July 22, 2014 from 4:00 PM – 7:00 PM where funeral services will begin at 7:00 PM with Pastor Mark Granger officiating. Cremation will take place after funeral services and burial of his cremated remains will take place in Coshocton County Memory Gardens.
