Columbus VA Mobile Medical Unit scheduled for Coshocton

COSHOCTON – The Chalmers P. Wylie VA Ambulatory Care Center announces that the Columbus VA Mobile Medical Unit is scheduled to visit Coshocton County to offer enrollment exams to eligible veterans on Tuesday, Jan. 24, 2017.

The Mobile Medical Unit will be situated in the River Run Centre shopping center, 779 S. Second St., Coshocton, adjacent to the Rural King Farm and Home Store.

This visit is being held in conjunction with the Coshocton County Veterans Service Office and is in support of the VA’s Rural Health Initiative.

Veterans are reminded to bring their DD-214/DD-215s as well as income and medical expense information for the 2016 calendar year.
