Cooking class taught

COSHOCTON – Mike Cichon taught a cooking class July 15 at The Village Pantry in Roscoe Village.

During the class, Cichon showcased exciting recipes such as fruit salsa with cinnamon on sugar chips, fried asparagus, zucchini chips, cabbage slaw and mock apple pie made with zucchini.
