Coshocton Art Guild hosting open mic night

| January 30, 2024

The Coshocton Art Guild Open Mic Night will be held on Monday, Feb. 19 at Rust Decor.

Open mic night is an informal live music event to provide an opportunity for emerging musicians, comedians, poets, and other performers to practice their art and gain experience in front of a live audience. It is a non-competitive atmosphere with an audience of supportive artists and art lovers, perfect for showcasing talent and testing new ideas and songs.

An open mic is the perfect venue for someone who has never played in front of an audience as well as for the pro who would like a pressure free gig to connect with the community. Unlike paid performances and contests, open mics are relaxed and comfortable, and they are a wonderful opportunity to support and be supported by your peers and your hometown.
