Coshocton basketball wins against Steubenville

STEUBENVILLE – Thursday night, Oct. 17 in Steubenville, the Coshocton boys beat Steubenville Central Catholic 4-2. They claim another sectional championship and advance to districts. Nico Barbarossa got on the board early from a great pass by Judah Nelson. Minutes later, Barbarossa played a ball in front of the net and Ethen Brown cleaned it up to make it 2-0.

SCC clawed their way back into the game to make it 2-2. However, Barbarossa took a perfect ball from Simon Stick and found the back of the net to make it 3-2 at the half. Barbarossa took another ball from Nelson early on in the second half to put the Redskins up 4-2. From there, the Redskins went into game save mode to run the clock out. The final score 4-2. The boys are now 12-2-4.
