COTC offering customer service training

| August 8, 2017

COSHOCTON – COTC is delivering the training program that has inspired millions of managers and employees to do the most important thing they can do in their jobs – take care of the customer. Whether it’s a prospective client, a colleague, a vendor, or any guest/visitor, it pertains to all team-members who interface with other people; it spans all ages and types of service providers. It’s called GIVE ‘EM THE PICKLE!, and it will be delivered Thursday, Aug. 10.

Perhaps you’ve been through Pickle training before. This is a good refresher, plus, it’s being delivered differently but with the same contagious enthusiasm you expect! COTC will incorporate the #1 selling customer service video, “Give ’em the Pickle!” which is  entertaining and inspiring; followed by a series of interactive and engaging activities that challenge attendees to figure out what customers want and then make sure they deliver on it.

This half-day workshop will motivate and prepare you and your service providers; helping all to refine our human relations skills, so please consider investing in yourself and your workforce for just $89 per person; which includes the training materials, the program delivered by the talented Toni Bell, and coffee/continental breakfast, plus the opportunity to network!

Registration is conveniently offered online at www.COTC.edu/WDIC(…and it takes just about 45 seconds to register! Simply click on the button …and once you register, an option to pay online will populate with another quick click!) Walk-ins are also welcome with billing later.

The program is from 8 a.m. to noon (doors open at 7:30 a.m.) at Montgomery Hall on the COTC Coshocton Campus, located at 200 N. Whitewoman St.
