County Road 16 road work planned

COSHOCTON – Coshocton County Engineer Frederick Wachtel announced that in an effort to prepare County Road 16 for a significant resurfacing project in the coming weeks, county forces will be trimming trees.

County Road 16 will be closed starting Monday, Aug. 31, between Morgan Run Road and Township Road 162. The work will continue through Friday, Sept. 4, during the hours of 7 a.m. to 4 p.m. The road is closed to through traffic, and only residents on County Road 16 will be allowed access. Residents are to expect significant delays throughout the area and motorists are advised to use the alternate route of US 36.
