COSHOCTON – Coshocton County Engineer Frederick Wachtel announced County Road 410 in Oxford Township will be closed for culvert replacement between County Road 9 and Township Road 256 on Thursday, Aug. 9. The roadway will re-open to traffic by 3 p.m.
