COSHOCTON – Coshhocton County Engineer Frederick Wachtel announced that County Road 171 in White Eyes Township will be closed for culvert replacement between Township Road 171 and Township Road 203 on Monday, April 18. The road will be open to traffic by 3:30 p.m., weather permitting.
