CR 9 accident reported

On April 9, 2021, at approximately 11:02 a.m. the Coshocton County Sheriff’s Office received a 911 call reference an injury accident in the 59,000 block of CR 9.

Upon deputies arrival, it was determined that a vehicle driven by Louise Claypool, 74-years-old, of Coshocton County, was traveling eastbound on CR 9. Claypool pulled over to check her mail. While attempting to reenter the lane of traffic, Claypool, pulled out in front of Pamela D. Brady, 49-years-old, of Coshocton County, who was also traveling eastbound, striking her.

Claypool was treated and released at the scene and Brady was transported to Coshocton Regional Medical Center, by Coshocton County EMS. Brady’s injuries were not known at the time of this news release.

Also assisting at the scene were Newcomerstown Fire and EMS, West Lafayette Fire Department and Prince’s Wrecker Service.
