Cynthia ‘Cindy’ Kay Winegar
FRESNO – Cynthia “Cindy” Kay Winegar, 58, of Fresno passed away Tuesday, August 22, 2017 at her home surrounded by family. She was born in Fort Meade, Maryland on December 5, 1958.
Cindy graduated from Ridgewood High School in 1976. She had been employed at Windsorwood and the AMVETS Post #36 in Coshocton. She attended New Life Ministries, loved to shop, read, travel and listen to country music.
She is survived by her husband Brent, whom she married June 19, 2001; mother Freda (Kathleen) Reddick Mulford of Coshocton; children Rick (Sandy) Winegar, Amy Smith, , Toshia (Rick) Booher all of Coshocton, Amanda (Anthony) Deffenbaugh and Ryan Winegar both of Fresno; step sister Donna Wright of Roseville; grandchildren Lexi, Lacey, Landon, Brody, Brandon, and Brittani; and mother-in-law Janice Honaker.
Cindy is preceded in death by her father Arnold Reddick; step father Robert Mulford; and brother Keith Reddick.
Friends may call at the Miller Funeral Home, 639 Main St., Coshocton on Tuesday, August 29, 2017 from 11:00 a.m. – 1:00 p.m. with funeral services beginning at 1:00 p.m. with Pastor Mark Granger officiating.
