Dale Robert Sondles
Dale Robert Sondles, 62, of West Lafayette, Ohio passed away in his home on Dec. 7, 2020.
Dale was born on Aug. 10, 1958, in Coshocton, Ohio to the late Homer and Betty (Mohler) Sondles. He was raised and lived in West Lafayette where he enjoyed what he called a “country life.” He treasured fond memories of growing up with two brothers and making life long friends who shared his passion for Flat Track Motorcycle racing and cars. He was an avid fan and supporter of #82. Dale was a skilled, industrious mechanic from a very young age and became the Shop Manager for Ryder Trucks in Newark, Ohio after graduating from Ridgewood High School.
He lived a life of gratitude.
Dale was preceded in death by his parents, Homer and Betty, whom he took care of lovingly and his older brother Gary Sondles. He is survived by his younger brother Phillip and wife Barbara Sondles, his nieces, Crystal and Megan, and nephew, Jason.
Per Dale’s wishes, a cremation will take place with burial at a later date. Given-Dawson-Paisley Funeral Home is serving the family.
