Daniel Spaulding

Daniel Spaulding, age 71, of Coshocton passed away on April 10, 2024 at his home.

He was born on December 11, 1952 in Fairfax, VA. to the late Millard Spaulding and Phyllis (Taylor) Pappas. He was a graduate of Coshocton High School and then entered the United State Army, having served from 1972-1978. He went on to be a truck driver and worked for his family at Shaffer Tent and Awning. He enjoyed having a good time. He liked to watch sports such as football, baseball, golf and Nascar. He also collected guns.  He looked forward to his visits from his daughter, Katie and enjoyed her cooking. He had two beloved dogs named Sam and Dollee.

He is survived by his daughters, Anna Spaulding, Breelle Spaulding and Katelynn (Anthony Drake) Spaulding; grandchildren; brother, Robert (Judy) Spaulding and former wife and friend, Lavonne Spaulding.

He is preceded in death by his son, Seth Spaulding; brother, Steve Spaulding and step-father, Ted Pappas.

A graveside service will take place on Friday, April 19 at 1pm at South Lawn Cemetery with Pastor Lloyd Tenney officiating and Military Honors performed by the Coshocton County Veterans Council.
