David Edward Endsley
Mount Vernon – David Edward Endsley, 87, passed away Tuesday November 5, 2013 at the Ohio Eastern Star Home.
He was born December 4, 1925 in Nellie to Clyde and Edna (Cornell) Endsley. He was a WWII Navy Veteran, serving from 1943-46. He was a member of the American Legion and the Teamsters Union. David enjoyed his family, bowling, and watching all sports.
He is survived by his wife, Dorothy (Frazee) Endsley, whom he married on August 25, 1993, a daughter, Ann (John) Carpenter of Fremont, a brother, Don C. Endsley of Mount Vernon, step daughters; Deborah (Tom) Blanchard of Mount Vernon, and Jennifer (Scott) Erman of Coshocton, a step son, David Pierce of Ocoee, FL, grandchildren; Katrina Carpenter, and Rachelle (Todd) Bickley both of Fremont, step grandchildren; Brian Blanchard of Canal Winchester, Mark Blanchard of Edmonds, WA, Noah Pierce of Ocoee, FL, and Kylie Erman, and Stacia Fisher both of Coshocton, 4 great grandchildren, and 9 step great grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his parents, his first wife, Frances Endsley, brothers; Duayne “Lou” and Robert Endsley, and step sons; Marty and Randy Pierce.
A funeral service will be held at 1:30 pm on Monday, November 11, 2013 at the Fischer Funeral Home in Warsaw. Pastor Bob Hendrix will officiate. Burial, with military rites by the Coshocton County Joint Veterans Council, will follow in Coshocton County Memory Gardens. Visitation will be an hour prior to the service. www.fischerfuneralhome.com
