David Jennings PictureDavid Lee Jennings, 80, of Coshocton, has gone to be with his Lord on January 5, 2017.

Dave was preceded in death by his parents, Russell and Mary (Fitch) Jennings; an infant daughter, Linda; and his brother, Robert.

Dave is survived by his wife Sandra “Sandy” McCoy Jennings, his lifetime soulmate.  His daughter Kippy (David) Jamison, of Loveland, OH and their children David, Amanda (Mike) DeFillippo and Kelsie and her fiancé Jordan Lindeman. His son David “Deke” (Lisa), of Coshocton and their children Matthew (Ashley) and Kristen (James).  His son Dan (Elizabeth) of Delaware, OH and their daughters Abigail and Sarah. His son Dale, of Coshocton and his children MacKenzie and Zachary. Dave leaves behind three great-grandchildren Zoey, Kale and Noah. He is also survived by family members LuAnn (Fouch) Fox, Stephanie (Miller) Ruby, Troy Miller, Vivian (Miller) Overland and Brenda Finnell.

Dave was devoted to his family and enjoyed watching his children and grandchildren play sports and activities.  He was also known to enjoy a poker game or two and will be remembered for his sense of humor. He was a great father, grandfather and great-grandfather and will be missed by his family and friends.

Friends may call at The Miller Funeral Home, 639 Main St., Coshocton on Saturday January 7, 2017 from 2:00 PM – 4:00 PM where a funeral service will begin at 4:00 PM with Lloyd Tenney officiating.  Per Dave’s request, he will be cremated after the funeral services and his cremated remains will be interned at a later date.  In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations can be made to the Community Hospice of Coshocton, envelopes will be available at the funeral home.  An online memorial is located at www.themillerfuneralhome.com.
