Debra D. “Debbie” Winters
Debra D. “Debbie” Winters, 63, of Coshocton passed away at Coshocton Springs in Coshocton on Sunday March 31, 2024, after a long battle with complications from a fall.
Debra was born in Coshocton on June 12, 1960, to the late Lewis P. and Lena (Allbaugh) Mansfield.
She was a custodian for River View Schools for thirteen years, she also drove school bus for Coshocton City Schools, was an STNA and enjoyed working at Walmart.
Debra is survived by daughter Kendra D. (Matthew Chiapetta) Ruby of West Lafayette; a son Tarren (Megan) Ruby of Newark; grandchildren Marissa, Ava Starr; one brother Joe Mansfield and one sister Lisa Mardis.
Along with her parents, she is preceded in death by her husband David W. Winters and infant daughter Vicki Dean.
Debra will be dearly missed by all who knew her, her family asks that she be remembered for the joy she brought other in life, not the sadness of her passing.
A celebration of life service will be held at the Coshocton Three Rivers Masonic Lodge, 406 ½ Main St., Coshocton, on Wednesday, June 12, 2024, at 2:00 PM.
Memorial contributions may be directed to the funeral home to help defray funeral expenses.
