Deer and vehicle collide
On Feb. 21, 2022 at approximately 12:40 AM the Coshocton County Sheriff’s Office received a phone call in reference to a possible accident with injury on State Route 16 near the intersection of South Whitewoman Street within the city limits of Coshocton.
Upon arrival of emergency personnel, it was determined that Julie Alford, (68) years old, of Conesville was traveling West on State Route 16 when she struck a deer in the roadway. Julie was assessed on scene by EMS as no injuries were reported.
Assisting the sheriff’s office on scene was Coshocton County EMS, Coshocton Fire Department, and Prince’s Wrecker Service.
