In pursuance of an ORDER OF SALE in the above entitled action, I will offer for sale at public auction, at the South door of the Courthouse in Coshocton, Ohio, in the above named county on FRIDAY, the 1st day of March 2019, at 10:00 AM, the following described real estate, situated in the County of Coshocton, State of Ohio, and in THE CITY OF COSHOCTON to wit: If said property does not receive a sufficient bid, it shall be offered for sale under the same terms and conditions of the first sale and at the same time of day and at the same place on MARCH 15, 2019.

TERMS OF SALE: $3,916.07 And any other amount of taxes, assessments, charges, penalties, and interest due and payable subsequent to the delivery of the Delinquent Land Tax Certificate to the County Prosecuting Attorney plus costs incurred in this foreclosure proceeding; including but not limited to title search fees in the amount of Two Hundred Ten and 00/100 (210.00) Dollars.
