Donate blood at ACE
COSHOCTON – Auer ACE Hardware will welcome the Red Cross and the Big Bus on Tuesday, July 30 to Otsego Avenue.
Auer’s blood drive will run from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. and will take regular donations as well as double red donations for those that are able to give the gift of life. If you gave at the last Auer Hardware drive in May or prior to June 5, you are eligible once again. If you are not sure of your status you can call 1-800-RED-CROSS to confirm when you are able to donate.
Appointments are strongly encouraged as previous drives have drawn great support from the community. There are 42 spots to fill, but appointments are already coming in. You can make an appointment by calling Amy Taylor at 622-4056 or stop in at the store to reserve your spot. Walk-ins are welcome but an appointment will ensure that your time spent at the drive is minimal.
All donors will receive a $10 Auer ACE gift certificate, some fresh baked cookies, entertainment from the best crew on the road and a little something from the Red Cross.
Be sure to bring your donor card, driver’s license or two other forms of identification with you.
