Dong Khac Nguyen
Dong Khac Nguyen, age 54, of Coshocton, passed away at his home on Tuesday, February 28, 2023. He was born on June 5, 1968 in Bien Hoa Dong Nai, Vietnam to the late Nghiem Nguyen and Luan Thi Nguyen.
Dong married Lieu Thi Nguyen on July 27, 1992 and together they and their family came to America in 2015. Dong worked at Annin Flag Company. He and his family attended Sacred Heart Catholic Church. Dong was a simple quiet man, who enjoyed spending time with his family and friends.
His is survived by his wife of 30 years, Lieu; two sons, Tung and Huy Nguyen both of Coshocton; two sisters, Nu Nguyen of Florida and Hue Nguyen of Vietnam; two brothers, Duong and Khanh Nguyen both of Vietnam; two sister-in-laws, Trang Nguyen of Texas and Phuong Nguyen of Vietnam; and two brother-n-laws, Tuan Nguyen of Coshocton and Binh Nguyen of Vietnam.
Calling hours will be held on Tuesday, March 7, 2023, from 10:00 am to 1: 00 pm at Given-Dawson-Paisley Funeral Home. A Catholic Mass will follow at Sacred Heart Catholic Church at 1:30 pm with Father Thomas Gardner officiating. A cremation will follow with his ashes being buried in Vietnam at a later date.
