Drennen Ford to hold chalk the lot event
A fun family event is coming to Jeff Drennen Ford at 801 S. Second St. in Coshocton. On Saturday, March 20 from noon to 4 p.m., they will be holding Chalk the Lot.
Salesman Mike Brown said the event will have free hot dogs, chips and pop. “We will be providing big pieces of sidewalk chalk and want everyone to have fun drawing pictures all over our car lot.” Brown said the idea was spontaneous, as several people were talking about lining the parking lot and a co-worker said her daughter could do it with sidewalk chalk, but that she wouldn’t stop with just the lines.
“The idea just came to me. It will get families out and is something fun to do. We want to celebrate spring, Coshocton, the community. And that we are hopefully on the downhill of COVID.”
