Dwight Bryl Jenkins

Dwight Bryl Jenkins, 75, of Coshocton passed away Friday, January 14, 2022 at the Coshocton Regional Medical Center.  He was born in Coshocton, Ohio on August 23, 1946 to the late Paul Owen and Juanita May (Hardesty) Jenkins.

Dwight was a member of the Coshocton Eagles Lodge and had worked for the Coshocton County Commissioners office as a dog warden for 15 years.  He enjoyed watching westerns, collecting clocks, and singing, listening, and playing country music.

He is survived by his wife, Anna (Carnes) Jenkins, who he married February 2, 2004; stepdaughter Deeann Worthington; grandson Mason Guilliams; brother John Jenkins; sisters Rosemary McFarland, Lucille (Ronald) Adkins, Pauline (Robert) Jamison, and Sharon Levingood; special friends Chris Crowthers, Jane Hogancamp, and Jeff and LuAnn Logan; and several step grandchildren.

Along with his parents he is preceded in death by his twin brother Duane Jenkins and sister Delores Lane.

Per Dwight’s wishes a cremation will take place and a Celebration of Life will be held at a later date. Memorial contributions can be directed towards the Coshocton County Animal Shelter, 21755 Township Rd 164, Coshocton, OH 43812.
