Edith Donley Bishop

BishopCOSHOCTON – Edith Donley Bishop, 93, a resident of Autumn Extended Care died Monday, September 16, 2013 at the Coshocton County Memorial Hospital.

She was born Nov. 24, 1919 in Coshocton to the late Dewey and Lela (Fortune) Donley.

Edith was a homemaker and a member of the Sacred Heart Catholic Church. She also attended the Coshocton Sr. Center.

She is survived by her brother, Wilbur Donley of Coshocton. A sister, Louise Illingworth of Anthem, AZ.  Two grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Richard A. Bishop, whom she married Aug. 7, 1942, he died Jan. 4, 1989. She was also preceded in death by two sons, Andy & Tim Bishop and a sister, Hazel Dawson.

Funeral services will be held Thursday, Sept. 19, 2013 at 1:00 p.m. at the Fischer Funeral Home in Warsaw with Deacon Andy Duda officiating. Burial will be in the Coshocton County Memory Gardens. Visitation is from 12- 1 p.m. Thursday at the funeral home. www.fischerfuneralhome.com
