Enjoy Santa, stories and music at the library

Make the Coshocton Public Library a holiday destination this year. On Saturday, Dec. 12, from 11 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. a three-part program for adults, and children with their families will offer something for everyone.

From 11 to 11:30 a.m., Santa Claus will be visiting the children’s room. He will be more than happy to listen to each child’s wishes and will be available for photo opportunities.

From 11:30 a.m. to noon, child author, Piper C. Hawkins, will read her book, “Visions of Light: A Christmas Story,” and will be available to answer questions about her writing process. Holiday cookies and punch will be served.

From noon to 12:30 p.m., attendees will be led in a holiday sing-a-long by members of Certified Gold.

Families and Christmas music lovers don’t want to miss this special Christmas celebration. Take a couple of hours out of your hectic pre-Christmas schedule to relax and enjoy the true spirit of the season. Registration is requested. Call 740-622-0956 to sign-up.
