Enos Larrie Stockum

USFlagSunlightHC1311_X_300_C_YEnos Larrie Stockum, 77, of Springfield, Ohio originally from Coshocton, Ohio died Monday February 13, 2017 at the Dayton Regional Veterans Hospital following a brief illness.

Friends may call from 2-4 P.M. Saturday February 18, 2017 at the Free Funeral Home Coshocton, Ohio with military rites being conducted at 4:30 P.M. by the Coshocton County Veteran Council at the funeral home. The Veteran Council Chaplin will be officiating.

He was born August 17, 1939 in Coshocton County, Ohio and was the son of Solomon R. and Alice E. (Weston) Stockum. Enos was widowed. He was a member of the U.S.M.C.

Family suggests memorial contributions be made to the Coshocton County Veterans Council 318 Main Street, Coshocton, Ohio 43812.

Surviving are 4 children Robin (Jim) Jennings of Coshocton, Ohio, Lisa (Allen) Reese of Columbus, Ohio, Tracy (Ryan) Mann of Newcomerstown, Ohio and Christopher (Michele) Stockum of Ashtabula, Ohio; 8 grandchildren; 6 great-grandchildren; 2 sisters Lera Steele of Fresno, Ohio and Jemima Warren of Springfield, Ohio; numerous nieces and nephews.

In addition to his wife Enos was preceded in death by his parents, a son Enos Larrie Stockum/Sowers, 3 brothers Sheldon Stockum, Solomon Stockum and Lowell Stockum; one sister Nondis Powell-Yoder.
