Together Again

Eunice L. (Miller) Hostetler, 93, of Newcomerstown passed away at Lafayette Pointe Nursing Home on Wednesday February 12, 2014.

Eunice was born in Tuscarawas County on June 13, 1920 to the late Earnest and Hazel (Warren) Miller.

She attended West Lafayette High School, was a homemaker throughout most of her life and worked on her family farm.

Eunice was a member of 1st Mennonite Church of Sugarcreek, Ohio and member of the Quest Club of Bakersville, OH.  She enjoyed fishing and fishing trips to Canada, flowers, gardening and collecting decorative rocks as she traveled around.

She is survived by her daughter Elizabeth “Susan” (Sonny) Null of Newark, Ohio; son William (Myrna) Hostetler of Newcomerstown; three grandchildren Matthew (Laura) Kerr, Ben Hostetler and Michele (Mike) Braniger; eight great grandchildren; several nieces and nephews.

Along with her parents, she is preceded in death by her husband Howard Hostetler who passed away June 25, 2004; a son Richard Hostetler; one grandchild Mark Kerr; two brothers Karl Miller and Glenn Miller; one sister Margaret Rehard.

Friends may call at The Miller Funeral Home, 639 Main St., Coshocton on Saturday February 15, 2014 from 12:00 PM – 2:00 PM where funeral services will begin at 2:00 PM with Pastor Edd Mooney officiating.  Interment will follow in Halifax Cemetery.
