Felon suspect crashes vehicle fleeing police

COSHOCTON – On Nov. 6, Coshocton County deputies were advised of a pursuit on a wanted felon by Ohio State Patrol in the area of Stonecreek on State Route 751. This pursuit continued into Coshocton County on State Route 751 until the suspect crashed his vehicle in the area of State Route 751 and Adams Township Road 172. The suspect, Brandon R. Ferrier, age 23, from Canfield, Ohio, was flown from the scene of the accident to Akron General Hospital due to his injuries he sustained from the accident. This incident is being investigated by the Ohio State Patrol.

Assisting at the scene was Coshocton County Sheriff’s Office, Tuscarawas County Sheriff’s Office, Coshocton EMS, Bakersville Fire & Rescue, West Lafayette Fire, Medflight, and Prince’s Wrecker Service.
