Free community event to be held on court square
A free family event will be held on Friday, Sept. 23 on the Coshocton County Court Square. Everyone is encouraged to bring a lawn chair and enjoy live music and giveaways from 4-8 p.m.
There will be free sno-cones and the giveaways include gift cards and fair passes./roxen-files/print/images/magic-tab.png "[tab]"){kind=small}
You must have a ticket and be present to win all drawings.
Bryan Casey, organizer of the event, said, “My wife and I love giving back to and blessing the community and the people any way we can. We started doing events like this a couple of years ago and it is such an honor to be able to give back to the community at no expense to them – just a free fun night for the people with no added stress for them. Just come enjoy and be blessed.”
Casey said with living expenses being so high, they feel that parents don’t want to take their families to events that may have hidden costs, such as food or rides.
“We try and make everything at our events completely free to anyone and attending and try to send them home with stuff. We should always leave things better than they were when we came,” Casey said. “The Bible says it is more blessed to give than to receive and my wife and I love blessing people any time we can.”
